Mr. Imants Ejups – Senior Associate. Mr. Ejups has 27 years of experience in new technology manufacturing / commercialization. He has a detailed understanding of the facility needs required by specialized manufacturers to service their clients domestically and internationally. Mr. Ejups has held executive and management positions with Wiman Corporation, Transilwrap Company, Plastag Holdings and Great Lakes Paper Company. These organizations vary in sales size between $10 million and $450 million. He has been responsible for the successful implementation of new business development and expansion programs from $38 million - $100 million. He brings a unique understanding of what an industrial client requires in both industrial and office requirements. Ejups is a member of the International Card Manufacturer Association (ICMA), Association of International Metalizers, Coaters and Laminators (AIMCAL), Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR) and the Illinois Association of Realtors (IAR). Ejups is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Illinois and he is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelors of Science. His philanthropic efforts include Latvian Center “Garezers”, American Cancer Society and Boy Scouts of America.
